World Food Safety Day – Lecilite
It is the second World Food Safety Day today after WHO declared the first on 7 June, 2019 to consciously draw attention to food safety practices around the world. As WHO rightly says – everyone has a right to safe, nutritious and sufficient food and at the same time Food Safety is everyone’s responsibility..
We are sure everyone agrees about the right, and so in this part, we are going to talk about the responsibility side of the coin. Food safety is everyone’s responsibility right from the first seed planted to the end morsel consumed. If we think of it, every link in the food industry value chain holds the responsibility of not just the present but also the future.Ours is a sacred duty to ensure our children have healthy and safe food and grow up to become healthy individuals.
And since we are talking about it, we want to take you through how we ensure food safety in lecithin.
